Chocolate Covered Cherry Gummies

Ingredients
  • CHERRY LAYER
  • ½ cup frozen cherries, pureed
  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 1½ Tbsp raw organic honey
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 2 Tbsp gelatin
  • CHOCOLATE LAYER
  • ½ cup full-fat coconut milk
  • ½ Tbsp raw organic honey
  • 1 Tbsp raw cacao powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp gelatin
Instructions
  1. For CHERRY LAYER
  2. In small sauce pan whisk cherry puree, coconut milk, honey and sea salt.
  3. Once combined, slowly add gelatin
  4. Continue to whisk as you sprinkle in gelatin
  5. Pour into greased candy molds or greased 8" square baking dish
  6. Place in freezer while you prepare the next layer
  7. For CHOCOLATE LAYER
  8. In a small sauce pan whisk coconut milk, honey, cacao power and vanilla.
  9. Once combined, slowly add gelatin
  10. Continue to whisk as you sprinkle in gelatin
  11. Pour second layer into candy molds or greased 8" square baking dish
  12. Place in fridge for an hour to set
