Meatball Casserole

  1. Place all meatball ingredients in food processer and pulse until blended.
  2. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place 20 1-2 inch diameter meatballs, there will be left over meat
  3. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
  4. Stab the spaghetti squash, put in oven on foil while meatballs bake. Squash is done when slightly tender.
  5. Let spaghetti squash cool, then cut in half, scoop out seeds and gut matter. Use a fork to remove the noodles.
  6. While meatballs and spaghetti squash bake, brown the remaining meat
  7. Mix browned meat, eggs, Bone Broth Marinara, and spaghetti squash noodles together
  8. Pour into greased, 3 qt glass baking dish
  9. Place meatballs on top, pressing into spaghetti mixture
  10. Sprinkle cheese on top
  11. Bake at 375 for 35-40 minutes
