Pili Nut Pesto

  • 2 cup packed organic basil leaves
  • 2 cup packed organic basil leaves
  1. Combine basil, garlic, pili nuts, and cashews in food processor, pulse to chop
  2. Slowly add in oil as food processor blends until you get a creamy, not oily consistency (you may not need the full amount of oil)
  3. Add salt and pepper, pulse
  4. Store in glass, air-tight container in fridge for up to a week. The flavor gets better and better everyday!
