Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

Serves: 4 cups
  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Prepare 3 containers with lids, or 3 zip lock bags
  3. In the first container put the Otto's Cassava Flour
  4. In the second bag put eggs and water
  5. In the third bag combine almond flour, garlic powder, sea salt and pepper
  6. Add cauliflower florets in first container, attach lid or seal and shake.
  7. Remove florets using slotted spoon and place in second container, shake again.
  8. Using slotted spoon remove florets and place in third container, shake until coated.
  9. Remove florets from almond flour mixture using slotted spoon
  10. Bake on parchment lined baking sheet for 25 minutes
  11. Broil for 5 minutes to crips
  12. While florets bake, heat buffalo sauce and butter in sauce pan
  13. Return florets to pan and place under broiler for additional 5 minutes (optional)
  14. Garnish with blue cheese crumbles and chives.
